Johnathon the cat sat in his car, waiting for the air conditioner to cool the interior. He had just finished another day of work. Now all he wanted to do was to clean himself and lay in bed. But first he must survive the drive home. He started to feel cooler air from the vents. Adjusting them to cool his head, he put the car in “drive” and made his way out of the parking lot. It was a short drive along the surface streets before he encountered the highway. Traffic was light along this section of the highway.
